Welcome to our new website! We have worked hard to create a site that brings the publication of legal scholarship into the Internet age in a dynamic and interactive fashion. Read on to learn about the features our website offers.

The Texas Tech Law Review hosted legal scholar Arthur R. Miller, who delivered the first lecture in the Walter B. Huffman lecture series. The title of Professor Miller's address was, "Are the Federal Courthouse Doors Closing: Whatever Happened to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure?"

Our Fifth Circuit Highlights analyze important cases decided by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and discuss the impact those decisions will have on the practice of law within the Fifth Circuit.

Every semester, we recognize a distinguished alumnus of the Texas Tech Law Review and feature an interview with them on their experiences. This semester we feature The Honorable Phil Johnson, Justice for the Supreme Court of Texas and a 1975 graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Law.
